What is the difference between a Conveyancer and a solicitor?
A qualified conveyancer has completed an approved conveyancing course.
Conveyancers are only authorised to advise you on conveyancing matters.
A solicitor is a qualified legal expert and is able to advise you on conveyancing matters and other legal issues that may relate your conveyance.

Are Conveyancers less expensive than solicitors?
There is no relationship between the fee charged for conveyancing and the qualification of your advisor.

How long does a Conveyance take?
