Our principal Alex Martin, recognised this during his 20 years in the legal industry and saw a gap in the market. He decided that his law firm Martin Legal should create a new division specifically dedicated to conveyancing and manned by a mix of specialist solicitors and conveyancers. He also invested heavily in specialised Conveyancing software and systems designed to make volume based conveyancing efficient and cost effective to the customer.
